Our NGO has established an interdisciplinary dynamic to strengthen the quality and safety of pediatric surgical care. Participatory clinical tools have been deployed in the field, accompanied by a database for monitoring key indicators (surgical checklist, sponge count, etc.). Protocols and guidelines have been developed for key interventions, and practices are enhanced through clinical research and national presentations, ensuring a continuous improvement process for the quality of care.
