Support for preventive and corrective maintenance

Implementation of computerized maintenance management: we support partner hospitals in the structuring and digitalization of their equipment maintenance. This process includes an exhaustive inventory of biomedical and technical equipment, the updating of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols, the development of procedural manuals adapted to the local context, and the training of technical teams in the use of computerized management tools.

The objective is to guarantee the availability and reliability of equipment, an essential condition for the continuity and quality of care. At the Bobo-Dioulasso University Hospital, the implementation of the CMMS has made it possible to capitalize on a successful experience that now serves as a reference for deployment in other hospitals across the country, under the aegis of the relevant ministerial department.
