Training
Our NGO develops and deploys training programs for all stakeholders involved in the surgical and anesthetic care of children, in order to sustainably strengthen skills and the quality of care.
Designed with professional societies and partner institutions, these training programs are integrated into both hospital practices and the national academic landscape through the inclusion of modules in core curricula, the development of train-the-trainer programs, and the implementation of continuous learning systems.
Key initiatives include Masterclasses in pediatric surgery, training in pre- and post-operative care management, programs for surgical technologists, early screening for congenital malformations, and psychological support for families. Other training programs are under development.
