Training for surgical technicians: we support the planning, organization, and monitoring of capacity-building sessions for surgical health assistants. These workshops cover the most common surgical pathologies, procedure preparation, patient positioning, and mastery of operating room equipment. They aim to improve the understanding of protocols, equipment management, and disinfection and sterilization practices, in order to ensure optimal functioning of the operating room and safe care for children.
