Our Method
Our method is founded on an ecosystem approach to pediatric surgery. Rather than focusing our efforts on a single link in the chain – training, equipment, or surgical missions – we work on the entire pediatric surgical ecosystem to ensure its coherence, quality, and sustainability.
This ecosystem includes all the components necessary for a functional and resilient pediatric surgical service:

Ecosystem Strengthening
Beyond individual skills development, we support the entire ecosystem: multidisciplinary teams, healthcare structures, management, logistics, and coordination at local and national levels.
Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation
We support project execution, ensure quality, maintenance, and rigorous monitoring, while systematically measuring impact to adjust actions as needed.
Sustainability and National Integration
Each project is designed to be sustainable, with skills transfer and support for national policies so that local teams can ensure the continuity and autonomy of services.
