31 March 2026Our team returns enriched from the 5th Congress of the Senegalese Society of Pediatric Surgery (SOSECHIP), which brought together field professionals, teachers, students, and pediatric surgeons in Ziguinchor for three days.
Between innovations, field challenges, and the sharing of expertise, this edition allowed for the comparison of scientific advances with field realities, while strengthening collaboration between practitioners from Senegal and the sub-region.
Post-congress Master Class
The congress was followed by an advanced training session for the country’s pediatric surgeons, delving into complex surgical techniques.
Our commitment
This participation is part of our mission to strengthen the pediatric surgical ecosystem in West Africa. Following the success in Burkina Faso (2020-2025), we are continuing our commitment in Senegal, particularly in Casamance.
